If you have chosen our standard rate, we ask you to pay your first night in advance.
You can cancel up to 14 days before arrival and your deposit will be refunded.
From time-to-time we offer discounted non-refundable rates.
Full payment in advance is required and no refund is offered.
You can pay by PayPal or via Bank Transfer.
The first night must be paid when you book – the balance is due 3 days before arrival date.
Unless booked within 14 days of arrival date, in which case the full amount is due when you book.

If you wish to check in outside our standard hours, please contact us as this may be possible, but it is by prior agreement only.
We live nearby and will be asking you in advance of your stay what your anticipated arrival time to ensure I am at Casa en la Plaza to greet you.
We are currently licensed for 4 guest. License number VTAR/JA/00792 – Awaiting increase to maximum 5 people
Strictly no smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.

Our price includes :-
There is a 50€ fully refundable deposit taken on arrival at the property for keys, security & against any damage incurred during your stay

There is a washing machine with detergent & softener available for stay over 4 days.
Yes – Hinojares is in a rural location with limited public transport.
Parking is FREE in Hinojares.
There are parking spaces immediately outside the house by the town square.
If these are occupied, parking is available in the public car park which is just 1 minute walk from the house.
Your can safely park your motorbike outside the house.
We have no facilities for you to charge your electric car.
The nearest charging point is in Baza at the Hotel Dama de Baza or Cabra del Santo Cristo – both are approximately 48 km from Hinojares
